Features
- Stage: In addition to the conventional quasi-transmissive stage, a newly developed genuinely transmissive REAL stage (Repair & Analyzing system with Lightening tube and synchronous sweeping support pin assisted stage) is developed.
- Height measurement: High-speed height measurement unit (AMP-S) that drastically shortens conventionally available tact time is employed.
- Laser repair: In addition to the standard 355/532 nm wavelengths, the 266/532 nm wavelengths are added.
- Tape grinding unit: The running cost of tape grinding has become half the conventional running cost based on the development of tape reverse mode.
- Color repair unit by ink: Accurate and high-speed color repair is possible by utilization of a newly developed [Octo-RESNEE (Reservoir and Needle)] head. (Two types of repair area are selectable.)
- Dry film repair unit: Grade up of the well acclaimed conventional dry film repair unit (CR-IC) aimed solely for BM repair
