Multilayer 3D
Flexible board (upper layer acquired at 405nm and lower layer at 630nm)  
 
Objective lens magnification of 20x Viewing are is 710μmx570μm Flexible board that is widely used as parts in mobile phone is covered by semitransparent resin over its patterned area. Superposition quality of patterned lower board and semi-transparent upper layer resin can be correctly imaged by multi-layer 3D display.

Objective lens 50x  Viewing area 284um x 228um  Thickness 22μm The appearance of an ink head and heater segment used in an inkjet printer can be clearly observed as two layer structure when the multilayer 3D display is used.
Certain samples have optical characteristics that reflect lights of certain specific wavelengths. Even for this kind of samples, measurement with higher accuracy becomes possible by selecting the best wavelength.

With the wavelengths other than the above, images of ink nozzles become dark and observation and measurement cannot be carried out.
