- Wide Variety of Optional Functions (WIDE) Substantially Expand Performance of 3CCD Real Color Confocal Microscope [OPTELICS H1200]
- Lasertec has made new functions WIDE (4 kinds of options) selectively adaptable to the new product, 3CCD real color confocal microscope [OPTELICS H1200], announced in September this year. Four functions, wavelength selection function, Mirau/Linnik interferometer, differential interference observation function and small size AFM, are made into four modules to be selected independently to realize performance of seamless sample observation from nano-scale to milli-scale, which has not been possible in our conventional microscopes, and to have compatibility with diversified types of samples. These selectable optional functions announced this time provide our customers with a confocal microscope with higher performance and higher versatility.

- Lasertec has commercialized a "3CCD Real Color Confocal Microscope [OPTELICS H1200]" that acquires high density real color confocal images based on high speed processing of 12,000,000 pixel signals obtained by 2048x2048x3CCD's (for RGB) mounted in the microscope.

- For Color Film Repair "CR Series CR-IC"
- Lasertec has developed a new product "LCD Color Filter Repair System "CR-IC (Integrated Cartridge type repair head)" with substantially improved color repair performance compared with that of the conventional film thermal transfer method.
Lasertec counts on this new product as one of our core products in 2007 and further on and is planning to receive orders for about 10 systems in the fiscal year 2007.

- Lasertec has commercialized a new product "LCD Large Photomask In-process Repair System" that supports manufacturing of LCD Photomasks and has started receiving orders in January. Please be noted that, with the introduction of this new system, along with our main products Large Size Photomask Inspection System 51MD series and A pellicle Inspection and pellicle mounting system for 51MD 51PA, we now offer a total solution all through the inspection, repair and pellicle mounting processes.
