Description

A standard function of LM eye that enables users to divide the Z-direction range of measurement into a maximum of 6 sections and control gain for each section. It is a useful tool for measuring samples with deep trench or other high-aspect geometries, and samples whose reflectance varies as the distance along the Z-direction changes.
